If you forgot the email address you used when you signed up for your subscription or if you no longer have access to this email address, please contact customer service to have your password and email reset for your subscription. If you email us, please provide as much information as you can about yourself so it will be easier for us to find your account.

My Login and Password Will Not Work?


Answer:

1st - The first thing to do to solve any login and password problems is to make sure that you are correctly entering in the required login and password exactly. The spelling of your username and password is extremely important in identifying if you are an active subscriber or not. Therefore it must be exact for your login to work.


2nd - The next issue is usually a security standard that is placed on your computer. Most internets browsers have options to turn the security level of surfing the web up or down. In order to access our secure database you will need your cookies on your computer enabled. A cookie is a message from a Web server sent to and stored on your computer. The Web server then recognizes you by the cookies, and it can display your personalized preferences. For example, if you purchased an online subscription, the next time you visit, the site might display your name because the cookie has identified you. You can set up your Web browser to inform you when cookies are being sent, or you may choose not to accept cookies. A decision not to accept cookies could limit your access to some of our functions and services.


3rd - A setting on your computer could be blocking the login information from being sent to our system to validate your login. Two things can do this. First thing is a firewall set on your computer. If you have one turned on it will prevent you from submitting your login information to our validation system. Turn the firewall off and then try to login with your login info. If that doesn't work the next thing to check has to deal with your internet browser. You need to use Internet Explorer to view our site in its best form. Open up the browser and go to www.Delicatefade.com. Then on the top menu bar select the Tools option. Once you select that option, scroll down to Internet Options and select it. Once the Internet Options box pops up there is tabs at the top of the pop up box. Select the Privacy tab. Make sure that your cookie setting is set to medium. Apply. and the click ok. Once that is done try to login on our site with your login information.

How did I enroll in this program?

During the Subscription Registration process we will ask if you want to join our Automatic Renewal Program. At this time the user has the option to join or not. If you are being billed and renewed you are currently in this program because you elected to be enrolled. If you no longer desire to be in the Automatic Renewal Progam please fill out our cancellation form.

How Do I Cancel My Current Subscription

If your subscription has been active for less than three days and you contact us to cancel then we will process a refund and cancel your subscription. Why Won't My Credit Card Process Through?


Answer:
1st - Most of the time if your credit card is not processing through it is because the information that you are supplying is incorrect. Please make sure that as you are filling out the credit card number, expiration date, and billing address correctly and that there are no mistakes made when you are typing in the information into the appropriate payment fields. If there is a mistake typed in, then our payment gateway system AuthorizeNet will not be able to process the charge and therefore your subscription is not active.


2nd - Your credit card could be expired or over the maximum spending limit. If this is the case you will need to contact the credit card company to clear up any problems before trying again to subscribe to our site with that same card.

Why did the subscription rates increase?

Since 2003, we have been able to keep our subscription prices at the same low rates. Over time, we have seen a rise in our administrative and operating costs. In order to continue to provide quality service, we had to slightly increase our rates. We felt that the best time to implement the new rates was when we launched our new site design. We hope this rate increase has not caused any inconvenience to our subscribers, but it was necessary in order to continue to provide the great service we have maintained since Delicatefade.com began in 1998.
